Principles of poster session organization

Posters should be sent at poster@issis.edu.pl no later than June 6, 2021, 5 p.m.

The poster should be saved in PDF format.

The poster should be saved in the form of a slide show similar to those presented by the lecturers (for example, made in MS Power Point and saved as PDF).

It is forbidden to copy the posters, in whole or in a part, to the local discs of visitors.

Each poster presenter will have a separate room on MS Teams to load the poster.

During the poster session, the poster presenter is obliged to stay in her/his room in order to answer visitors’ questions for the period of time specified in the schedule (it will be probably 15 minutes), and then, in the remaining time may visit other poster rooms.

If the poster presenter would like to visit a specific poster room can do that in the time not overlapping with her/his own presentation.

The author of the poster is the owner of copyright, and all submitted presentations will be available solely to conference participants and during the conference.
