Abstract submission

For abstract submission within the strict deadline
of April 20th, 2012, please use ONLY the provided
template which can be downloaded here.

 

 

 Deadline for sending abstracts is March 15th, 2012

Please note, that all the bank charges or service charges are borne by the participant.

Payments in cash on desk (only on previous approval of the organizers) must be made in Polish Z³otys (PLN)

 

  Cancellation policy

 

Notification for cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email ncissis@cyfronet.pl or fax to Organizers. Cancellation received by April 30th, 2012 shall be refunded with 65% of the registration fee and no refund from May 15th, 2012.

 

  Fees:

 

Regular participants: 250 euro

Student:  120 euro

(fee in EURO converted to PLN at the NBP mean conversion rate at the day of the transfer)

Fee covers: Participation in the conference, book of abstracts, 3 lunches, social meetings and refreshments during the poster sessions and coffee breaks.
