Please made the payment before July 31^st.
Moreover, payments in cash (only on previous approval of the organizers) on desk must be made in Polish Zlotys (PLN)

Please pay the conference fee:
a) Polish institutions in PLN
b) Foreign institution in EURO

Cancellation policy

Notification for cancellation must be made in writing
Cancellation received by June 30^th, 2015 shall be refunded with
65% of the registration fee and no refund from July 15^th, 2015.

Fees:

Regular participants: 250 Euro (1075 PLN)
Student: 120 Euro (516 PLN)
Invited speaker: 100 Euro (430 PLN)
Fee covers: Participation in the conference, book of abstracts,
3 lunches, the conference dinner,
social meetings and refreshments during the poster sessions and coffee breaks.
ISE will refund or reduce fee for 2-5 participants from less-developed countries
who apply before May 15^th, 2015 and fill the application for fee refund.
If only small number of participants apply there will be the possibility
to refund a travel cost (inexpensive transport) or / and accommodation.
